Sooo much pressure!!!

I am 30 weeks tomorrow and this is my 2nd child. I have been having a lot of pressure in my pelvic/vaginal area. The dr told me to get a support belt to relieve the pain in my back and lower abdomen and said it will work to get rid of the pressure too. That gravity is just pulling down on everything. But, I don't have the pressure just when I'm standing anymore. I can be laying down too. At that point, gravity isn't pulling in the same direction...  I am wanting to know if any other moms have experienced/ are experiencing this. It is extremely uncomfortable. I never felt this with my first pregnancy.

I didn't have any pressure at all with my first until I was in labor. So it worries me a little. I have a lot of back pain and pain in my lower abdomen as well. They say he is a big baby which could be part of the reason for the pressure. But it still is just really uncomfortable and worrisome for me.

I have that but it's more like pain aswell as pressure I'm just a little over 30 weeks with my second and I got told it was pelvic joint pain or something like that and that it's just the area not coping well with the pressure Olathe baby and everything that's going on
Hope that it gets better though I wish it would for me lol
