What's strep b.
My doctor just called with my blood and urine results, and I've got strep b uti? What is that. She says when I go into labor I'll have to have antibiotics.
Okay thank you. So it's not a std or anything? Just making sure so I don't need to do any butt kicking when hubby gets home lol
All it is is a bacteria some womens bodies produce to protect their hoohas. Other women dont produce it theres no rhyme or reason to it. They will put an antibiotic in your iv during labor (be sure to tell them) and it will prevent baby from getting an infection. Thats it momma :)
