My friend had a c-section last year and started back ot the gym less than 2 months after but she spoke alot about only doing light cardio for a few months before adding weight training back in.
As long as you listen to your body, you can start anywhere after 6 weeks :)
For my daughter (my first) it took me longer because I found it still hurt. But my second, I was right in there from day one. Just dont over do it. If it hurts stop.
