brown bleeding?

Hi,i'm 18 and my periods are never usually irregular but this month after unprotected sex before and right after my first period i had another one..now i'm spotting brown now! (the first 2 periods weren't that heavy and brown and a little red) i have been having unprotected sex for about 3months now,i'm just wondering what's going on with my body?.any possibilities? thank you.

I know for me sometimes I'd have a short break, like a day or two, after my period and then a little more would come. I'm not sure why it happens but its possible it just got stuck in there or something. Its not dangerous or unhealthy. I noticed it happened to me more when I started certain medication.

If its brown then its just old blood. Shouldn't be anything to worry about. The blood just got old before it was discharged.
