brown discharge

i am having a brown like discharge, and some lite cramping has anyone had this before and if so what was it from?

I think you should take a test, its close enough to when your period is due where it could be that setting in or you may be having implantation bleeding. Testing is the only way to find out good luck.

Are you pregnant? If you are I'd go see a doctor. Brown discharge could just be old blood. The cramps can be a bad sign, but since its not severe and the discharge is very light don't automatically think badly. It is a cause for concern, but wait until the doctor tells you what it is.
