I have  always slept whatever way feels the most comfortable on baby #3 and everything is just fine only thing is I wouldn't  lay flat on my tummy kind of off to the side though   When its get uncomfortable on your back just turn to your side  later in pregnancy

I've always heard after the first trimester it's not good to sleep on your back . They say its harder to get blood to the baby and to the placenta . I wouldn't chance it

I sleep on my back all the time.
I also flee on my tummy ( I try not too)
I use a body pillow I can't sleep without it. I put it between my legs n under my tummy for support. I'm almost 14weeks xo

Not at all. If you have herd otherwise, I know from experience that It is whichever way YOU feel the most comfortable (besides of course sleeping on your belly of course) but I recently had my 3rd baby and i usually went back and forth throughout the night laying on my back to my side with a body pillow between my legs which I personally find most comfortable, exspecially while pregnant, but for the most part and the during the WHOLE 9 months with my first child I ALWAYS slept on my back and he was and still is a VERY healthy baby. The only thing I noticed was sometimes I felt either one of my feet or hands tingly but not even very often so with that you have absolutely NOTHIN to worry about if that's how you feel most comfort :) :)

It doesn't hurt the baby, but you have less oxygen flow to the baby laying on your back
