Yes, you can take tylenol with an antibiotic. It shouldn't cause any adverse reactions.

I'm actually currently taking an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection. I see my doctor next Wednesday, that might be too late. Would I be able to take Tylenol with my antibiotic?

Tylenol is the recommended pain reliever/fever reducer for pregnant women. But honestly, go see your doctor or obgyn. A fever could indicate infection, and you may need an antibiotic.

Definitely Tylenol and I would call your doctor anyway to let him know you're that sick. He might want you to go in.

Tylenol! If it doesn't go down call your doctor!
