missed period, some spotting and negative pregnancy test

Hi, I have been missing my period for 6 days. I also have tender breast abdominal pain, lower back pain and two pregnancy test came back negative .I'm so confused please help!

Hi, I haven't had a period since the 14th-19th of April. I missed my last one and am now late for this one, I've had tender boobs and feeling sick etc. but that's nothing out of the ordinary for when I do have my period. I'm not sure what to do, except take a test?but I'm worried it will come back negative.

If you have been under any kind of stress that could also make you late on your period,, the symptoms you have giving doesnt always mean thats pregancy they are also period symptoms as well.. Im 39 weeks pregnant and didnt even kno it until i was 9 1/2 weeks thats 2 1/2 almost. i thought i was just about to start my period bc i didnt have normal ones to beg with. i was at work just eatting cheetoos and pickles, pregancy didnt run through my mind at all until i went to the docs. good luck girl and keep me posted!

See a doctor about a blood test. That'll tell you for sure.
