Congratulations! I had a situation similar to yours last month.
Thats good news! I am in that situation at the moment... I am 6w3d and have been spotting for just under a week total on & off but for the last 4 days constantly. Started as brown for 3 days, red/pink 2 days and dark red/brown again 2 days... today it is turning back to brown, not sure what is going on, docs arent too concerned as hcg is still rising and i have no pain... so not sure. go for ultrasound on monday, hopefully can see bub and a hb xx
Turns out the little one is strong and stuborn like their daddy! lol Blood test confirmed pregnancy as well as an ultrasound. Have an appointment in the new year :)
Ive had some spotting off and on too...midwife not too concerned as it didnt continue and ive been fine otherwise...just to prepare you though, i had some bleeding with my first pregnancy and had an early scan which showed one healthy baby and one which had stopped growing a couple of weeks previously...my son was fine, but i did lose his twin. good luck to you, chances are if the bleeding has stopped and youre not in pain then all will be fine...not unusual at all to have some bleeding early on and apparently there are folk who have bleeding all the way through and still have healthy babies. best wishes x
Oh my thank you!!! Makes me feel 100 times better! Were hoping! Weve been ttc for a few years and its finally happened then this. Im hoping for the best!
Good luck to you as well!
I had it happen around that time...very scary and I felt horrible and was bleeding for about a week, and then the baby stabilized. We're 11 weeks 3 days right now and baby is doing well, he likes popcorn. :)
They told me miscarriage is possible when this happens, but that sometimes women just bleed in pregnancy...to really worry when you fill a pad an hour but otherwise there is hope. I hope all is well with you and your little one; once you hear the heartbeat you'll feel better. They might not be able to hear it until about 6 weeks though.
