I am about 6wks pregnant..now and then I have lower abdominal pain mostly on my right side as if it was an ovary but I can't tell..its been aching mostly all day usually it only hurts for a bit and goes away but its not going away today and am scared..

Hi I'm 7 or 8 weeks at the moment ANSI had them pains too except on my left my doctor told me that pains are normal because everything is stretching and making room for bubs don't stress unless you start bleeding go to hospital.. Hope this helps

Call your doctor if you're worry.
I have lot of pain and cramp during my first two months too. I will also have bad tummy ache every night. So pain can be common at the beginning. My ultrasound come out good with strong heartbeat so it might not be anything bad.
Just double check with your doctor.
