lots and lots of water.... u need to drink at least 8 glasses a day if not more... and reduce your salt intake... my sil is currently on complete bedrest becuase of swelling and blood pressure problems... if u have a blood pressure monitor at home take and make sure its not anything over 140/80... swelling is a sign of pre eclympsia (sp?) and if you bps ok then just rest and lots of fluids

I would def. elevate them, but you can also put some cold compresses on them.  That may help with the swelling also.  If that doesn't work, I'd at least give your doc a call as this can be very normal, but can also be a symptom of other things.

Just keep soaking them and keep them elavated. if it's hot in your area, then turn your AC to about 70 or so. The cooler the less swelling you'll have.

I'm in So cal. And it's freaky because my feet won't get huge, but they swell up and begin to burn like they're on fire. (my legs mainly below my knees)  All I can do is pop tylenol, prop them up, and take it easy.
