thyroid issues when pregnant?

I Had Four Miscarriages BeforE HavinG My Healthy Baby Girl 8 Months Ago And  Then Had AnOther Miscarriage In December. Now I'm Pregnant Again About 6Weeks And My DoctorTolD Me Today My Tsh Is At 22. When In FebruarY My Tsh Was .42. With All The Miscarriages I Had Before I Had My Daughter My Tsh Level Was At 7.9. The Doctor Told Me A Normal Range For TSh Is .45-4.5. When I HaD My Daughter My Tsh Was Around 2. I'm Jus Looking For Hopefully A Positive Story Cuz I Have An Ultrasound Thursday An I'm Terrified To Have Another Miscarriage. The Doctor  Just Told me To Just Continue My Thyroid Meds And Referred Me To An Endocrinologist.
