I am 25 weeks and have been feeling dizzy/lightheaded as well as short of breath. Besides sitting down and resting when this happens,my doctor recommended eating high protein snacks every couple of hours and that seems to help.
Maybe you should get your blood pressure checked out by the doc. It tends to drop in pregnancy
Sitting down and putting my head between my knees while taking long, deep breaths helps me. Eating something after the feeling passes prevents another onset
