34&1 early labor?

So I'm a bit confused. Been contracting off & on since 28 weeks. Got the shot to stop them at 30 weeks and was put on home lock down (bed rest). Now I'm 34&1 and saw Dr a few days ago told her my new symptoms lower back pain and vaginal pressure. She said after 34weeks I'm no longer stopping your contractions and no more bed rest. You can have her any time. When contractions/back pain/pressure gets worse go in and get checked.

I'm confused.....  :/
