38 weeks cervix dilation
Hi just want to know if any new moms feel discomfort when having this exam done? Are you able to relax and is it comfortable?...what can be done to make it better?
It's never a fun exam but I found taking a deep breath in and blow out when they check. It's still uncomfortable it the more your relaxed down there the easier it goes.
