Wondering if anyone else is going through this...... 37 weeks + 3 days four cm dilated, no contractions.
I haven't tried an exercise ball. I'll give it a try

I'm walking up to two miles a day, walking up and down stairs, bouncing/ swaying on a yoga ball, drinking ted raspberry tea. Still nothing, my little one is stubborn. I see my Dr tomorrow and I'll see what he says since he doesn't like to I dice first time moms til they are two weeks past due.
Are you ladies using an exercise ball to help?
