Hi I am 4 weeks pregnant and I am having pains on both of my sides. Is this normal?
I am also 4 weeks and I have exactly same pain, like throbbing pain I just hope the pain reduces and these is no bleeding just some white discharge

Same here. Had pains (not cramps) at 4 weeks. Almost like your uterus is being poked and prodded with a needle. Also was accompanied by a very watery, unusal discharge. Very normal as ling as there is no bleeding or odor.
I had pains like cramping and also a few sharp pains. Turned out to be growing pains.
