I know they say fatigue is normal and nausea but

I feel like I sleep majority of the day and can only get up and move around for a couple of hours as I start to feel nauseous and really tired to where I have to take naps throughout the day. Should I really feel this exhausted??  I don't have morning sickness but my tummy always feels upset/achy. I am 7w3d and wish I was already in my second trimester. So I do not feel tired and crappy all day.!

I'm sure it is frustrating! Hopefully your Dr will have some advice for something to take for thyroid and iron if that's low. I think the thyroid makes you feel run down too. My midwife told me that eating an apple will give you an energy boost. You might try that. I suddenly had extra energy one afternoon after I ate a fresh peach. Not sure if that was coincidence or if it does the same as an apple. Also, I have a bottle of B-complex vitamins that my midwife calls happy pills. She said for sure don't take it at night or you won't sleep. Best wishes! Sure hope you find something to help!

The Dr took blood a few weeks ago I am sure the Iron was tested... I had about 8 vials of blood drawn.  They have not called with any news. I called and asked about my glucose test because I was worried I was diabetic because it runs in my family heavily.  This is kinda the way I felt in my third trimester of my 1st pregnancy.  I would get so exhausted I would have to sit down and relax no matter where I was at.  Also I do have a thyroid  issue to so that also might be factoring but. It is frustrating.

Are you low on iron? That causes fatigue. I can sympathize with feeling crappy all day. Sometimes I get so tired of it I just have to cry.
