7 weeks and i cant sleep help!!!
this last week ive been so restless my dr ok'd melatonin but it didnt help, he also ok'd an occasional tylenol pm but i dont want to take it daily....any suggestions...
what does the b6 do? unisom sounds great ill have to ask my dr. thanks ladies
Take a warm shower, go for a walk, make the room cold, make sure your comfortable in the bed with pillows. Try relaxing music or reading a book.
I'm 13 weeks and my Dr has me taking vitamin b6 and a half a unisom tab for my nausea and it knocks me right out.
