9 week nausea

This week has been downright awful with nausea. The thought of virtually every food makes me want to vomit and I'm having to force down everything I eat. This is miserable.

I'm even getting carsick in the front seat on straight and flat highways, which is not like me at all.

Any tips?

I am in the same boat... or was, until my doctor gave me samples of diclegis, omg this stuff worked wonders for me! I have still felt a bit nauseous on some days, but I've only thrown up 1 time since taking the meds (I got them over a week ago and was throwing up daily before) tell your doctor... they'll try to give you something to help, it's not healthy throwing up and not being able to eat! Good luck... feeling sick is awful!

I started with unisom & b6, then had to move on to phenergan. Was given diclegis & zofran, but took the phenergan regularly. All recommendations from my doc. I had nausea until abt 22wks, then it started up again later, just not as bad.

Ginger root!  If you can find it candy ginger is more palatable..  It will help ease your sickness..  Also peppermint and wintergreen helped me a ton too..  I hope you find something that helps!
