lots of cramping, twins. first time mom

I am a first time mom @ alittle over 13 weeks pregnant.   I started having intense cramping in my lower abdominal region. Like a period.  Hurts if I move a certain way or push on it.  Fortunately there is no spotting or bleeding but it is scary.  Worry about the babies being alright.

I called my doctor and they scheduled me for an apt right away and my next one isn't till the 11th.  If your really concerned just ask. They wont deny you a check up

I'm 6w 5d and I have had the same type of cramps.  I'm pretty sure it's normal.

Awful though right?

That's around the time I started cramping a lot.  Dr told me it was my uterus growing.  However, I did go in and have them check me to make sure.  I would definitely atleast give your Dr a call:)
