I'm 32 weeks and have been feeling this for months. I have found that stretching, staying hydrated and eating extra fruit high in potassium helps. Also getting extra rest and taking a magnesium suppliment along with my prenatal.

I was told it was ligament pain too. Joints are relaxed. For birth. Ive been feeling Iit since 18 weeks. If I walk too much or stand all day at my job its much worse.  I had to cut back my hours majorly now at 32 weeks. Its helped.
