Salicylic acid is fine... doesn't harm the baby.. nor does benzoyl peroxide...

Try something with benzoyl peroxide in it . Like generic proactive. It's baby safe and effective . But only if you use it religiously like it says to. If I don't do it twice a day like the directions say, it doesn't work.

Me too! Never had a problem before but now I do and it's gotten worse in the 3rd trimester. I have bumps on my back, shoulders, and arms. So embarrassing :/

Just make sure you check ingredients. Don't use anything with retinol or tretinoin or salicylic acid.

I had the same problem with this pregnancy especially in the beginning (around where u r now with urs actually). I went out and got some neutrogena body clear body scrub.  It's the only thing that's worked for me. Ur hormones should calm back down soon and then it shouldn't b such a problem.
