BH or contractions ? 38 Weeks

Ok so I posted earlier this morning asking what contractions felt like ...
Well all night I was having pain in my middle of back, it would come like every hour or 2 and only last a few seconds.
Same with these real small pains, I'd get on my lower left side under my belly. They would also only last a few seconds and would come after my back pain.
Well now I've been having like tummy ache / cramping feeling in my stomach.
It'll be in the middle or on the sides . Most it last is about 30 seconds. (I have not been timing them but there more frequent then the pains I was having last night and this morning)
They do not hurt Extremly bad there just uncomfortable..
I'm 38Weeks and last week I was told by dr I'm at 1.5cm ...
This is the first time my pregnancy has made it this far, so I don't know if these are contractions or BH ...
I've already lost my plug about 4-5 weeks ago, but when I went to bathroom earlier I wiped and had this yellowish Boogery on tissue like when I lost my plug.
So basically what's going on ?

I was able to time mine on Thanksgiving and they were 2 minutes apart for 4 hours straight (ended up falling asleep so it could have gone on longer) but because they didn't hurt I was told they were BH but I was also only 34 1/2 weeks. That's when she told me I would definitely know if I was having a real contraction. I do know that BH contractions can turn into real ones though! Good luck baby might be here sooner than later! :)

I would say they are BH. I get them ALL the time. Im 36 weeks today. The pains your feeling on the side are most likely round ligament pain because I get it too when I have them. My Dr told me not to come in unless I'm having sharp pains in my vagina that are constant that I have to stop and breathe myself through. Hope this helps but if you're too worried just call and talk to your Dr or nurse. Also, your mucus plug can grow back so it's possible you lost it again.
