I've been really sick and have been feeling dehydrated at times too. Gatorade makes me feel worse. I've just been sticking to water and Popsicles.

Try bread. Remember lots of foods are high in water content, like bread, grapes, apples, and yes watermelon. Also use lotion :) rehydrate your skin, sort of tricks the body.

Water is your best bet.. room temperature.  Gatorade has the electrolytes but a ton of sugar. If you are super dehydrated go to the hospital and get an iv.

I swear by coconut water. Just make sure its 100% less sugar the better. Gatorade has electolytes but alao has lots of sodium and sugar. Might swell up or retain water.

Yesterday (I think) someone posted that eating watermelon helps with dehydration, constipation and a few other things. Gatorade helps too and avoid salt and anything fried for a few days.
