Hi this is my 4th pregnancy too and its also the worst sickness ever..try some vitamin b6 a lot if women swear by it for morning sickness..it didnt work wonders for me but it did help..im 13 weeks now and its finally easing...good luck i hope it passes for you soon
Try Altoids or peppermint. It is also supposed to calm your stomach. I also heard ginger gum, but don't know if that would work if tea didn't. Lastly, I heard that you should keep crackers by the bed. Eat them before getting up in the morning and wait 20 mins after eating them to get going. Hope it subsides soon for you.
I had and still have wicked bad morning sickness. I am almost 35 weeks : ( Nothing works for me except zofran which can be prescribed by your doctor. I was against taking it at first because woman have been dealing with morning sickness since the beginning of time but eventually, I couldn't deal with it anymore. Try ginger ale and keeping a light snack on hand all the time. I keep granola bars. If you feel like you need to, talk to your doctor about zofran. Good luck!
I had to have my doctor prescribed something for my morning sickness. It is absolutely horrible. But the only yhting that works is zofran. The candies and ginger ale take the edge off but didn't make my days any more bearable.
My morning sickness got worse with each pregnancy, on my 4th now, had to get zofran from my dr, the only thing that helps...I still feel nauseous but can keep food down.
I had the same problem. It turns out it was the iron in my prenatal pills so my doc recommended the gel ones instead. That drastically improved things for me, unless I skipped a meal then the nausea would come back. My doctor also recommended Vitamin B12 and Unison sleep tabs. They worked for my friend.
*gummy prenatals, not gel
Try sipping pickle juice. Sounds weird but I had crazy nausea (no vomiting) until I was 12-13 weeks. I would actually keep some cold pickle juice with me and it helped. That and lemons were my bff! They say it eases up by 12 weeks. Mines did and I'm 19 weeks now and haven't had it since! Good luck ❤
This is my 3rd and the nausea os almost nonstop. I couldn't even keep water down. I got some zofran too. It's like night and day. I can actually feel it wear off...
Yes I experience it night and day. I tend to wake up between 2am-4am just to vomit acid. But I definitely am going to try the b6 and crackers in the morning and have altoids throughout the day. I actually suck on whole pickles and eat them it's a favorite food for us at home that doesn't do anything. Lol I just barely started a prenatal it's nature's first and it's a gel kind this will be my 2nd day taking it. I am just so happy I'm not crazy my mother In law is making me feel like a drama queen. Because every where and every time I get sick. :( so thank you ladies for all the recommendation
