I am 12 weeks pregnant today & feeling as if I'm about to start my period not cramping & no bleeding just discomfort have light discharge,I have had this feeling before back in August of 2013 & had a miscarriage then bled but now it's just discomfort & I'm scrawled so I called my Dr & was told to go to the emergency room considering I've had these symptoms before I know my body help what do you think..... And I hope this makes sense...

I'm 12 weeks too! I have very similar pains and sometimes I think I can feel each ligament pulling like one at a time lol! Prego and a little crazy I guess :)

Thanks you & yes I ended up going tot he emergency room & it was just my uterus that is growing since I have a 10 year old been a huge gap & I'm very small & petit basically its trying to grow for the baby haven't didn't feel this so it's all New but thank you two

Could just be round ligament pain

I actually felt that way around the same amount of weeks. I was told I was just getting bigger. I'm 27 weeks now and I'm starting to have intense abdominal pain and was sent home because my doc said I'm getting biggger. Everyone's body is different and I'm so sorry about your first one. Relax and put your feet up I'm sure baby is fine.
