How far along are you? Taking magnesium tablets has left me nearly back pain free this pregnancy, but I was on them for months beforehand, so not sure how long they would take to work. When I didn't take them (first 2 pregnancies) I had debilitating back pain from week 3 to birth.
Having a bath in Epsom salts every night could help too, and I found keeping my knees together as much as possible helped too.

It doesn't always get rid of it, but heating pads are your friend!

They sell pregnancy bands at walmart that I was told works wonders and they are $12.97. I wear a back brace at work because it is required and oh my gosh it helps with my back. I'm going to go buy one of the pregnancy bands for when I'm not at work. It helps with support and golding the baby.
