NOT PUTTING ON WEIGHT!

Im so confused, this is my first pregnancy so ive been looking for help everywhere with no luck. everyone knows that a pregnant woman puts on weight, i put on half a kilo at 20 weeks, i am now 26w 4d and i have only put on 2kg in total. Im really worried but everyone keeps telling me not to worry, thats makes me worry even more. I have had a gastric bypass done over 3 years ago, so i tend to eat every 2-3 hours anyway. The last time i had a scan i was told that baby size was fine and there is no problems. So why am i not putting on the proper weight? Help please anyone!

Ur fine. Actually that's what it should be. It's recommended to gain minimal during ur 1st trimester n very little in the 2nd trimester. Because u will gain the most during ur 3rd. I didn't gain but a few lbs til I was 25 weeks. Now I'm all belly n gained 16 lbs I'm 34 weeks my doc said my gain is excellent. So ir doing very well.

I have had 3 boys and have gained anywhere from 15 pounds with one of the to 50lbs!  And this one I have only gained 6 lbs and I'm 30 weeks now. Baby is good and it'd all baby belly. .lol so I say it just your body and the baby every pregnancy is different!  And as long as you are eating like you know you should and taking your vitamin, doctor says the baby is growing good you are doing great!  Gob Bless!

I was and still am a bit overweight. I loss 20 pounds since I found out I'm pregnante. I'm now 27 weeks and have gain back only 3 pounds but baby is on track for growth so nothing to worry about. My doc and nutritionist said that weight gain will happen in the last 2 months or so.

Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different.  Please don't worry about it.  Trust your doctor and believe what she tells you.

Everyone is different with the weight gain I lost  weight with my last pregnancy  before gastric by pass this one also after gastric bypass  because you are used to eating healthier  and consuming less food but more often you body is  working it off long as you are taking your vitamins and doctor is okay with weight I won't worry about it good look
