I got a wrap for 30 of amazon it had velcro the whole length n when it got too big I safety pinned it over so I could keep using it. Idk if it made my stomach go back faster (I also bf which helps) but I will definitely use it again cuz I felt like my guts were falling around if I walked around without it. Cant say anything about the hip one I dont mind bigger hips but I want my tiny waist back!
I don't believe she was taking about those wraps. I hv tried those (4 of them actually) & yes you might lose inches but the inches come right back...and I was VERY strict on my diet back when I did them. We're talking about the belly/hip wrap you wear all day for 6-8 wks to push your hips back in (brand I'm getting has one for you belly area too). My opinion "it works" doesn't work...just another gimick. To lose fat diet & working out is the only way to really do it. Jmo
I used them when I had my other 2 boys and believe it or not they actually work they help so much I'm definitely going to be using one after I have my last baby boy.
I sell It Works products and I have wrapped many post baby bellies!! It's amazing how tight and back to normal they look!!
I want to get the belly bandit after my baby because I've heard they work.
Thanks ladies. I think I might fall into the trap and try it. Guess it can't hurt, maybe it will make me a little smaller then before. Haha. I can dream right? I just worry because all of my baby weight is in my belly and I swear I don't know how a belly this big could ever shrink back down. I actually lost weight everywhere else.
This is my third and finally baby & I've never used one but I'm ordering one this time! From what I've read the bones & joints are soft for 8 wks after labor & the wrap is worn all day everyday for the 8 wks & squeezes everything back together. It'll be nice to have smaller hips like before kids!
My friends use them and they seem to work! Might have to do more than one though and online u can find a post pregnancy belly wrap kit too with breast creams and a bunch of other neat stuff!
