Very early pregnant with LOTS of symptoms already!

Hi Ladies! I am so early pregnant, I just took two positive pregnancy test on Monday (yay!). And I am approx 4 weeks pregnant. (Last cycle Jan 19th). With this being our third baby, I thought I knew what to expect but I am so thrown off by how early I am having symptoms (why I even took the test so early). But, I already have tender breast, very tired and I am having dizzy spells. I never have had these so early nor have I ever had dizzy spells. I know they say every pregnancy is different, but, I was wondering has anyone else ever had these symptoms so early? And was there a reason or diagnosis for the diziness?

This is my fourth found out when i was 3wks n wasnt surprise bc i had all the symptoms n still having them now at 9wks. But it is getting better.

I'm 11 Weeks On My Third Child As Well And This First Trimester Has Felt Like Both Of My First Trimesters Put Together Lol. I Know How You Feel. Hopefully, It'll Get Easier For Both Of Us.
