LouLou, you love toast and I was right there with you...until I got pregnant. For some reason my baby does not care for toast. With your next serving of toast, eat half for me. :) You do need to be careful though because bread turns into sugar. That's why diabetics can only eat just a little. Good luck and best wishes!
Maybe just mix it up a bit throughout the week or month..have your 3 pieces of toast every other day. I know for me bread is the easiest way to gain weight. Also wheat bread is best bc it has more nutrition than white bread.
Salami, cheese, and bread for me! It's crazy!!! I've put on 45 lbs and I'm 30 weeks! !! Getting out of hand lol.
This pregnancy I have been the same. There is one food I pick and that is all I can handle. First it was pb and j, then eggs on toast, now turkey sandwich and all hots the bread going on lol. You will be fine...but I know what you mean it is weird when all you can eat r the foods u barely ate before lol.
Nothing wrong with toast. It doesn't have a lot of nutritional value but that's what your prenatal vitamins are for :-) as for tea just watch you caffeine intake. One to two glasses is fine but if you want anymore switch to decaffeinated.
I dont know why toast would he bad for you. And you can get decaffeinated tea so it would be okay to drink more thats what I have.
