6weeks pregnant and no sac detected!!!

Hi im currently around 6weeks pregnant with my third child. Im 26 both my other 2pregnacies were fine no problems. Yesterday i had a sore tender mid rif pain on right hand side so gp sent me for scan, internal scan. Notting was detected and im really scared and panicking now. Nurses done bloods awaiting results today and ive to go back tomorrow for more bloods. Nurses n consultants have said that sometimes it jus takes the sac etc to develop or worstecase that its an etopic preg. Please could anyone help me with this....help understand it because im confused and dont. Is it likely its jus slow in developing as my last cycle was 27th octobet???  Please help many thanks xx

My doctor told me 6 weeks is to early sonetimes to detect a sac. I was thought to be having an ectopic after i had bloods and after 2 days had more. Apparently levels should of doubled in those two days but didnt so i had to wait until after i was 7 weeks to have a scan. All turned out ok for me.
Hope all goes well for you

Did they do a vagianl ultrasound as well because the baby can be to far in certain areas to see with the stomach ultrasound. I will also like ti add I know it can get scary but have faith an know that you didnt get a positive pregnancy test for nothing. Pray an leave it to the lord you havent gotten your results yet be patient hun. Everything is okay.

Something similar happen to me... but you have to wait for blood work to see if your hormone levels are going up... they told me with my current pregnancy could be ectopic but once they saw my blood results and went back for another ultra sound than they saw my little sac

I can't help with this as I've got no experience with it, but I'll be thinking of you and hope it turns out for the best. I can't imagine how scared/worried you are right now.
