It's ok to lose it- it does regenerate and can be pretty normal.  You do want to watch for contractions, that are regular, bleeding, and other signs of labor.

How did your appointment go today?

I lost my mucus plug at 28 weeks and my son came at 34 weeks. I was a high risk pregnancy. Definitely call today and ask if it's something you need to be concerned about, every pregnancy is different

Not sure if this is normal or not, it seems early for this. If you haven't already call your OB. I hope everything is ok
