pain light bleeding 29 weeks

Im 29 weeks tomorrow an for the past month I've had horrible pain in my lower abdomen an pelvic bone I literally feel like the baby is coming out everytime I cough sneeze etc. Also I have light pink bleeding an I've lost alot of what I think may b my mucus plug it looks like small pieces of skin. I have RH factor blood an had a low placenta. I've told my doctor all of this an they don't say much about it what do I do srry so long

The bleeding is probably from your low placenta. I had a low placenta with my last pregnancy and the dr warned me there was a risk of bleeding. From what I've heard it's pretty common to bleed if you have a low lying placenta.
