Chinese food question

So tonight we had chinese food. And I feel silly and guilty because I ate the spring roll. It was super hot but it had sprouts in it. This is my second pregnancy so again I feel silly asking but I completely avoided them in my first. However I was really craving it.
Anyone else eat the spring rolls with their dinner? Am I being completely ridiculous? Thoughts?

I'm a firm believer that anything in moderation is a-okay. With the exception of alcohol of course. As long as you feel you're getting the food from a reputable place I see no problem :)

Pretty much any food that poses even the slightest bit of a listeria risk is considered a pregnancy no-no. The risk
Of listeria from a well cooked spring roll is probably slim to none, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.  I've had subs, soft serve icecream, spring rolls, and custard filled pastries. But I'm uncomfortable eating at Chipotle or bagged lettuce or cucumbers because of recent outbreaks. Do what your comfortable with and don't stress the spring roll too much. :)

I use to eat them all the time whether pregnant or not, to my knowledge there is no reason not to.
