weeks Q about movement

So I got this info from the 29 WEEKS:
Baby should move 10 Times an hour. ...is this every single hour? ?

I'm 28 weeks and i swear he movies like hardly ever but them Iam with a b belly and plus size I have an appt on friday and they say he has a great heart beat I just hope as he gets bigger I get to experience him moving all around like they say

No no.  It's just one hour per day.  You're just supposed to pick one time of day when you feel baby is most active and try to count the movements to ensure baby moves enough.  (It can't be every hour because fetus' sleep most of the day). I wish the app would re-word it because I think it causes many women to worry unnecessarily.
