I need help with how to sleep

Ok my problem is that im 32 weeks and its very difficult to sleep jow. This is my second pregnancy but I cant sleep on my side it hurts my shoulder. Sleeping on my back is uncomfortable as well. So my question what other positions can I try to sleep in since nothin is working right now.

I might have to get some more pillows so I can try that.

This is going to sound weird, and I hope it makes sense. But if you have enough pillows (im talking like 5 or 6) you can lay on top of them on your stomach. Just make like a platform of pillows with a big hole for your stomach so your not putting any pressure on belly. I had crazy bad sciatica with my last baby and this was the only way I could sleep. Takes a lot of pressure off your back :)

Thankfully we have a lot of pillows. I fold a pillow in half and put it behind my lower to mid back. Then I make the other pillows prop me up.

Or

Body pillow..extra pillow between legs. Pillow behind back and one for head.

Then I have to pee 4 times and the struggle starts again

Thank you all. I wish I had a lazy boy because I cant sleep on any side becuase I wake and barely able to pick up my son which is one and only weighs 20 pounds. Then certain positions on sofa I wake up with knots in my back.

Two pillows under your head and a pillow under your belly may help

That's also my best advice, pillows. I'm 32 weeks and I just surround myself. I wake up multiple times with numbness or soreness. I think it just comes with being this far along.

Try lots and lots of pillows! Im 32 weeks as well, I sleep on my side but thats with 2 pillows under my head, body pillow between my ankles and knees and a pillow wedged under the side of my back.
