Constipation and bloat

Ugh I'm trying my best to eat fiber rich food and stay away from 'clogging' type foods. I don't exercise enough but this is ridiculous! 12wks along and ever since I started prenatal vitamins it seems my problems started. I literally only go once a wk and it's w help of milk magnesia. My position is fairly active and I am so uncomfortable and look 6mths along. Should I stop prenatal vitamins???

Try adding in 50mg of b6 it's great for gut health and my OB suggested I start taking it with my prenatals.

Also adding in some probiotic rich foods like yogurt might help.
I'm pretty sure you can safely take some milk of magnesia nightly too (double check with OB)

I find if I don't almost over hydrate I get backed up while pregnant, my babies suck me dry:|
