I had twin boys with my first pregnancy. It is an amazing journey but a challenging one as well. I am sure even more so with other children in the mix. As said above, accept all the help you can get and do not put unrealistic expectations on yourself ex: putting one baby on a strict schedule may work but two is a whole different story. Same as breastfeeding, it's wonderful but more challenging than a single birth. I would look into support groups for multiples, it's wonderful for hear how others accomplished certain task. As for pregnancy, it is a lot harder on your body. I started labor at 28 weeks and had my boys at 32, luckily they did wonderful and only had a 3 week stay in the NICU but it was hard leaving without them. Be sure to take very good care of yourself. Best wishes and congratulations. My twins are the sweetest and they are best friends, it's wonderful to see their bond. :)

I had twin girls in 2010 and pregnant again. My 3rd pregnancy but my fourth child lol. You need all the support and care you can have. Twins are alot of work but believe me they are fun and truly bundles of Joy. Remain positive.
