Its not ideal of course. Even if your taking prenatals there's still a lot of vitamins and minerals that your should be getting for your sake and babies. Your body absorbs much more, and efficient from actual food than prenatals. Maybe a fruit smoothie and add some Greek yogurt,granola, and some vegetable juice??
Btw- fruit with chili powder tastes Delicious and I'mtrying it with pineapple ttonight ;)
Not terrible but the baby will t help nutrients from other foods.
