Doctor visit for First Ultrasound

I'm having an ultrasound on tomorrow. This is to determine my actual due date and seeing my baby and hearing his or her heart beat for the first time. I was called by the receptionist from my doctor's office to confirm my appointment. She mentioned the ultrasound as well my doctor seeing me afterwards. I can't remember whether if my doctor saw me after my first ultrasounds from my first-time two pregnancies. Is it normal for doctors to see patients after the first ultrasound? Maybe he wants to discuss the ultrasound and my due date with me. I'm kind of nervous because I had blood work done about 2weeks 4 days ago and I never heard anything back from it. I'm hoping everything is normal . I'm very nervous about it because I know I have been safe but I'm clueless as to what type of life my partner lead before me. Maybe I'm over thinking. I'm hoping that me and the baby is ok.

It's totally normal,
They wot discus your due date and things while doing your ultrasound. My OB always talks to me after and the first time he covers how you're feeling tips to help you and makes sure you're taking vitamins and what not.

My doctor does all the ultrasound except for the 20 week scan herself  so she always goes over them with me right then and there

Yes. After my ultrasounds I always see my Dr. Its your normal check up. Nothing to worry about. Relax all is well
