Drinking water

It seems I can't drink enough water. It taste so nasty to me. It makes me sick to my stomach. I can taste all the minerals and it makes me sick. I can only drink it at night. I am 29w1d. Anyone know of something that can help me? Even my Zofran doesn't help with water.

Flavor ur water with a pinch of salt, sugar to taste and lemon... that way ull knock out the nasty taste, get electrolytes in and have proper water intake.. :)

Just one point though.. lemons help one lose weight if taken too much.. so moderation is key.. amd cucumbers in water make one feel less hungry... so again moderation is key...

I had the same problem but in my first trimester though... so I did the salt n sugar thing.. it worked for me in different ways... and try different bottled water brands.. may be fiji, evian, norwegian, or poland spring might suit u better than what u have now.

Good luck!!

Try Evian....it has a clean non-minerally taste. You can also try mixing some Crystal Light in it or something to make it taste fruity or some lemon for a slightly sour touch.

Try disguising the taste with lemon juice, cucumber, mint etc.
Question: are you drinking Tap water or bottled? My tap water taste like chlorine so I drink bottled water (Poland spring)..
