Early pregnancy worries

hi everyone! So .. It's my first pregnancy after 2 years of TTC. I did my first pregnancy test when I was 5 days late and it was negative. Two days later I did another test, came positive. Next morning did another one - positive again. Have been having cramps like menstrul cramps but very mild, nothing is worry about. Also have sore nipples. Went to see a doctor she did an abdominal u/s and didn't see anything but thick lining of the uterus. We did a blood test for BHCG , came 2000 units which is consistent with 4 weeks... So .. My doctor said that the numbers are on the lower side and i should wait for anothe 2 weeks and do a home pregnancy test and see how it turns out.... I'm afraid it could be an early miscarriage or a blighted ovum(she mentioned it at the U/s)... So I'm very anxious and confused as to why she thinks it's on a lower side .. I guess she assumes that counting from my LMP I should be about 6 weeks along and HCG 2000 mlU is low then, but if you count from the estimated date of ovulation I'm at 4 weeks now and 2000 mlU is perfectly normal... Also concerned that I don't get morning sickness and sore swollen breasts ... Help

I've had every single symptom in the book except morning sickness. Be thankful you don't get it and get lots of rest, start eating better, and stay hydrated! It's a long journey. :) I'm 35 weeks now and can't wait to be done with this pregnancy and meet my little girl.

well first of all congrats!!!!! I was having similar issues with testing but I'm unsure about my counts. I am hoping everything turns out well for you and your husband. Stay calm and remember your stress is also your baby's stress. I hope everything goes well for u. Best of luck honey.

Yeah, I just have to wait...⏳ Meanwhile I keep doing home tests to reassure myself (silly I know).. Just by looking at a positive test I feel like "ok see you still pregnant, don't worry!"

When I was at 4-5 weeks my hcg Was at 1,000 now it should be at 16-2,000 so you're actually pretty normal. Don't worry. All I did was worry because a stupid dr. Who didn't want to deal with it told me that they could not see my baby on the inside of my uterus 3,000$ & 5 hrs later at the er my baby is on the inside & just fine. I had cramping too just like menstrual cramps and at 6 weeks I did side still do. I also have a small cyst. That's just your uterus stretching. This is my first as well.

Some women's hormone level takes longer to rise then others you also could have ovulate late. There's not much to do but wait. It's goon news your still pregnant at 6 weeks. Every day further you make it the chances of miscarriage go down. I had cramps with my first and I don't think I started getting symptoms till the end of 6 weeks going on 7 with either of mine.

Don't think too much. My blood result was 111 at 4 weeks. It takes time to increase. Don't worry. Take care of yourself. Sore nipples and cramping is consistent with pregnancy. I'm 12 weeks going on 13 weeks this Thursday. Don't you worry yourself sick. Just take care prenatal and eat well.
