Need satisfactory answer very much worried

I am 14 weeks pregnant and was put on clexane 40 mg injection daily for six weeks. I use to take injection daily at a nearby health centre for around 3 weeks. As i live on first floor and getting down daily and climbing back stairs was exhausting me as there is no lift and 2 weeks back my dic asked me to take conplete rest. So i decided to take injection myself on my thighs. I keep switching my thighs daily one day on left and the other day on right u get bruises and all but that us ok with me as long as ny baby us fine. Today i took injection on my left thigh, i did'nt leave any mark or so but it is hurting me now and there is little swelling on the injection area. Normally it hurts when i inject the medicine and it is normal after few minutes. Now it has been more than 3 hours it is still hurting me and the area us little hard also. My question is, is there any major artery, vein or muscle i inject by mistake or whether it is not good for my baby. Please help me get rid of this problem as your replies are valuable. Thank you

I'm thinking now too I might have injected it just didn't go far enough...Like the medicine I kind of hanging out under the skin. Which wouldn't be dangerous, but im not sure if you would get that dose or not...?

I would call just to relieve stress if nothing else. Ask for someone in l&d at the hospital if you can't get to your doctor,  they would be more than happy to talk to you in sure. Let me know what happens, I know it's scary.

I inject in my thighs as well. I always pinch up the skin before injecting to try and avoid it going in a vein. I know that it's stopped to go into the muscle, not a vein. I would call the hospital or your doctor and ask what you should do. I would just worry that the medicine didn't go where it was supposed to.
