Pregnancy plan?
What is a pregnancy plan? Everyone keeps asking if I have mine yet. I have no idea what it is. 26 weeks and 3 days.
Right a birth plan is just a list of things you want and don't want during labor and delivery and who you want with you. I'm on baby four and have never created one. I'm pretty laid back about birth and didn't have anything i absolutely felt I had to have or absolutely didn't want.
Yea it is basically ur vision of how u want ur birthing experience to go. Some people want birthing balls. Some want to push while standing up. Some want to video tape. Some want tons of people in the room some want none. Also as mentioned water births & mirrors. Some hospitals do not offer or allow everything u want, but it is good 2 check b4 u get there & are disappointed.
My birth plan went right out the window the last 2 times! So this time Im just gonna wing it lol
With my first I wanted as little interference as possible and needed a csection. Wanted a vaginal delivery so bad 2nd time I was just ready to go wuth the flow to get it! Lol
