Excerise Ball

has anyone used an excerise ball to help dilate & thin? If so how long did you do it and what excerises are best? Has this worked for anyone previously?

I Bought One To Just Bounce On It, And I Did It Everyday Like 2hrs A Day...
I Bounced And Rocked Side To Side And I Also Did Squats.
In A Week I Got To 2cm.
I'm Now At 3 And Beinq Induced Saturday, Ima Continue To Do The Ball And Squats And Cross My Finqers It Helps Speed Thinqs Up.

It worked for me when I was i n labor with my son it sped things up well. I just rolled my hips around on it
