I found out Monday I was pregnant the Dr called said my hcg was 7890 and she estimated I was 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. I go this Thursday try for an us but when pregnant with my son at 5 weeks I was 29000 hcg so 7890 seems really low should I be worried?

That's a good number. There is such a wide variety of normal though you can't just go by one number. That was higher than mine was and I'm now 25 weeks :)

Actually that's quite normal for 4-5 weeks. At 4 weeks it's generally 100 then jumps to 1000 at 5, so your probably right in the middle, perfectly healthy :)
