FTM question about contractions

I am due on Saturday and have been having contractions all week but today they have become very consistent but pain tolerance wise they are not necessarily and I just don't know what to look for being a first time mom.
My contractions have been every 3-5 minutes for sure but they will be like 3 or 4 serious ones that make me somewhat hunch over and then I will have a couple light ones mixed in there. Are these false contractions even though they're consistent or is this how it goes?

Thanks in advance!

But I definitely think ur delivery is close just need for them to get more intense. I would just count the time between the painful ones.

They're last anywhere from 15 seconds to 45 seconds. The small ones are the quicker ones and the more intense ones are the longer ones.

If they are every 3 to 5 minutes you may want to start preparing for the hospital. They are more than likely going to just get worst. Mine did with my daughter.
