False Water Breaking

Hi ladies so today I had an appointment as I am now 35 weeks along. My appointment I was supposed to have a GBS done instead water kept leaking and didn't stop. Like I was peeing...the doctor came in and I told him what was happening. So he tested the water & said it was the amniotic fluid. Drove myself to hospital but not contracting etc...I get there the nurse checked me and couldn't feel the baby as he was still too high and water stopped leaking. They monitored me and baby's heart is good. So they waited for the doctor and he ordered an ULTRASOUND. Because I have GD my son is 2 weeks ahead weighing 5lbs 5oz and his amniotic fluid is still in tacted. No rupture...
I get home used the restroom and its still leaking a little whenever I walk or even lay down.

Has anyone experienced this?!

I wish i could answer that for you. Is there a lot of water coming out or just a little? If continues leaking all night maybe you should go back to doctor for another ultrasound to make sure you're amniotic sac is still intact. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Thank you so much. That really helped and yes at the hospital everything looked good. But I'm just wondering how much more of the outer sac to stop. Cause I've been home and it seems like its still coming out when I move even while lying down.

I haven't, but I took childbirth class and they said there are actually two sacs. The inner is amniotic and outer is chorionic fluid. If it sac breaks it feels like water breaking and ph is same as amniotic. The difference is less water comes out and contractions don't start.

If you went to hospital and they did ultrasound and thought everything looked
Good I wouldn't worry. It's ok if outer sac breaks and inner sac is still intact... That's my opinion based on class, not actual experience. Hope that helps.
